the constant calls with no response or reason are annoying and ridiculous.

I purchased a gift subscription for a friend over a year ago. I did not renew the subscription. I have called and formally requested that USA Today stop harassing me over renewing on 4 separate occasions during the past month. On each occasion, I have told them it was a gift for someone else, I am not renewing the subscription nor do I want a subscription for myself. I have formally called and requested they stop calling me 4 times. If I tell the rep who calls me to stop calling, they hang up and call back a few hours later. Since I last formally called USA Today and asked them to cease and desist, they have called me 18 more times (during the past 9 days) which I am now logging. They will normally harass me twice a day. My family members were called instead looking for me, instead of just calling me personally, and telling them that I was being sued and that if they didn't give the information that they needed they would be held in contempt of court. I have tried to contact these people several times now and this last time I called them I was actually hung up on by a very rude receptionist, AFTER I was left on hold for 5 minutes. Not real sure what they want and really don't care - I'm unemployed!!

Update. I called back and it is a trunked line for Allegheny General Hospital.

i urge everybody to insist to get a refund. I had to deal with them for more than one month calling every week. Pricelimbo got my refund quickly, for fitfactory I had to call them twice and after 3 weeks I got my refund and finally with those d... acaiberry after more than one month calling them regulary finally I got my refund of 89$ today. So don't let those scamers get away with your money.

These people have called me repeatedly and are now calling my work. I told them if they will send me the paperwork, I would be more than happy to pay whatever debt I owe. They refuse to send me the papererwork and insist I give them my credit card information over the phone. Now, they are calling my place of business, my mother to say they are serving me papers. The woman I spoke with was very nice until I asked her to send me the paperwork with the details outlining what and who I owe, which would be a normal procedure. She hung up on me stating "I don't have time for this!" This is a comoplete scam and don't give them a dime.
